What is Kyklos?
Kyklos is the company's structured data hub. It unifies the scattered data from your software (accounting, CRM, HR, Excel) into a single hub, cleaned and refreshed automatically, and lets you ask business questions in plain language from one interface. No more juggling five tools and copy-pasting into Excel.
Can I query my data with AI?
Yes. You ask questions in plain language directly in your Kyklos interface, and the answers are built on your structured, reliable, up-to-date data. It's the difference between an AI that hallucinates and one that truly knows what it's talking about.
Which data sources can I connect?
Kyklos connects directly to Pennylane (accounting) and Lucca (HR) via OAuth, imports your CSV and Excel files from any software, and plugs into any API. The HubSpot (CRM) connector is coming. If your tool isn't listed, we add it.
How long does setup take?
The Kyklos team handles the integration: we connect your sources, prepare your first transformations and deliver a ready-to-use hub within a few weeks depending on complexity. You're autonomous from day one, with personalized onboarding.
Does Kyklos replace my current tools?
No. Kyklos replaces neither your CRM, nor your accounting software, nor your Excel files. It connects them so your data flows automatically and is instantly usable by your teams or by AI. You keep your tools, you gain visibility.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted on certified European servers, encrypted (TLS 1.3), GDPR-compliant by design. Sharing is granular and role-based: everyone sees their data plus authorized shares: the CFO sees everything, the CRO sees deals, HR shares payroll totals without personal information.
Is my data sent to AI models?
No. Your data is neither stored by external models nor used to train them. It stays on our secure European infrastructure, or on your own servers. The AI consults it on demand to answer your questions, nothing more. You keep full control.
Can I use Kyklos with a remote team?
Yes, Kyklos is 100% cloud-based, accessible from anywhere. Responsive interface (desktop, tablet), granular access rights per user, real-time collaboration on the same data.
What support do you offer?
Every client gets email access to our team. Standard and Enterprise plans include training sessions and regular follow-up. Our goal: make you autonomous quickly.
How often is my data updated?
You choose the frequency: real time, hourly, daily or weekly. Kyklos automatically detects new data and only syncs the changes: your data is always up to date, no manual work.
Is the data backed up?
Yes. Your enriched data is backed up on servers in France, with redundancy. We keep your work safe for as long as you use the solution.
What if we already have BI?
Kyklos complements your BI, it doesn't replace it. Our structured, clean data can feed your existing BI tool: you gain a reliable source, not a competing tool.
How much does Kyklos cost?
