What is Kyklos?
Kyklos is the company's structured data hub. It unifies the scattered data from your software (accounting, CRM, HR, Excel) into a single hub, cleaned and refreshed automatically, and lets you ask business questions in plain language from one interface. No more juggling five tools and copy-pasting into Excel.
Which data sources can I connect?
Kyklos connects directly to Pennylane (accounting) and Lucca (HR) via OAuth, imports your CSV and Excel files from any software, and plugs into any API. The HubSpot (CRM) connector is coming. If your tool isn't listed, we add it, and our team handles the integration.
Do I need technical skills?
No, absolutely not. Kyklos is designed for teams without a data engineer. Data Studio lets you transform data with drag and drop: filters, joins, calculations, aggregations, zero SQL. And for everyday questions, plain language is all you need.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted on certified European servers, encrypted (TLS 1.3), GDPR-compliant by design. Sharing is granular and role-based: everyone sees their data plus authorized shares: the CFO sees everything, the CRO sees deals, HR shares payroll totals without personal information.
