The controller for data collected on kyklos-ds.com is Kyklos Data System, a French SAS registered with the Évry Trade Register under number 941 576 845. Contact: contact@kyklos-ds.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through our forms (demo, contact, guide download): first and last name, work email, company, phone, and the content of your message. No data is collected without your knowledge.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to: answer your contact and demo requests (pre-contractual measures), send you the resources you request (consent), and measure site audience if you accept it (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention
Data linked to a commercial request is kept for 3 years after the last contact. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.
5. Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the Kyklos Data System team. It is never sold, rented, or transferred outside the European Union. Our servers are hosted in Europe.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@kyklos-ds.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL.
7. Cookies
The site sets a single strictly necessary cookie: your consent choice (13 months). Audience measurement cookies are only set if you accept them via the banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
8. Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Data submitted through our forms is stored on secure European servers with restricted access.
